• Welcoming customers and gathering the required information to identify
the boat, outboard, and maintenance work required.

• Advise customers on maintenance schedules, and explain the importance of
maintenance based on manufacturer's recommendations, sell services,
understands, and applies factory and aftermarket warranties.

• Recommends additional services.

• Completes walkarounds, checks history for any recalls and campaigns and
provides customers with an expected time frame for completion.

• Verifies the scope of warranty coverage before the work is done and
ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.

• Monitors the progress of the work and keeps customers informed regarding
the status of their units.
