Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with your rotational leader
- Travel to different customer sites, branch locations
- Be involved with group calls and discussions within your team
- Work on special projects within your rotation
- Connect with your mentor on a regular basis
- Connect with other Management Trainees as a resource to assist with your current rotation
- Exercise your Leadership qualities
Skills & Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Education (University or College level)
- Experience or demonstrated knowledge of working in an industrial sector
- Demonstrated leadership aptitude and/or experience for B2B retail in an industrial sector
