Transport Canada Small Vessel Regulations and Construction Standards

In May 2010, Canada’s new Small Vessel Regulations come into force.

How will this affect your legal responsibilities and obligations as a boatbuilder? Will these regulations affect designers and suppliers?

Our speaker will be addressing the new small vessel regulations and will be taking questions on TP1332, the 2010 Edition – Construction Standards for Small Vessels, during the workshop.  If you are involved in the construction of small vessels which are required to comply with the new Small Vessel Regulations we encourage you to attend one of these sessions.  This workshop would apply to boatbuilders who build pleasure boats or most non-pleasure vessels up to 24m in length.
