Boat Lofting Course
THIS COURSE HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF REGISTRATION.
Lofting is an essential skill for traditional boatbuilders. Once you learn this skill, you can build any boat for which there are plans. You’ll be able to interpret plans and better comprehend the shape of the vessel, and what the building process will be. Learning lofting can be intimidating, frustrating and complex. There are numerous ways to go about it and a good teacher really helps!
Learn the ‘Dark Art’ with instructor Ron Neish at the Maritime Marine Museum of the Atlantic. Ron will take the mystery out of the learning process and you will likely have a wee bit of fun along the way.
